21 Salespeople Across the Country Receive PIP Sales Achievement Awards

Annual Sales Forum event draws record attendance.

MISSION VIEJO, Calif., March 15, 2010—Franchise Services, Inc., parent company of the
PIP Printing and Marketing Services franchise brand recognised several PIP salespeople with sales achievement awards at the company’s annual Sales Forum. Thirteen PIP salespeople received a Platinum Level Award and eight received a Gold Level Award.  Each award is based on total sales activity for the 2009 calendar year. More than 100 salespeople from across the country attended the sales training event, which was held March 3-6 at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas.

“It’s always a pleasure hosting this sales training event and seeing our salespeople in a learning and sharing environment among their peers,” said Mark Johns, senior business development consultant for Franchise Services. “I congratulate all of our gold and platinum award winners for their hard work and determination to succeed in their sales careers.”

A highlight of the 2010 Sales Forum was the presentation of the Don F. Lowe Salesperson of the Year Award that was presented to Sandy Andreasen of PIP in Iowa City, Iowa. Don F. Lowe is the chief executive officer of Franchise Services and a member of the Sales & Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame. The award is given to a salesperson who has demonstrated professionalism in his/her sales career, who supports the National Salesperson Program and participates in sales events, who’s customer service focus brings credit to his/her franchise location and brand, and for his/her contributions to the success of others in the salesperson network. 

The annual Sales Forum event is open to all salespeople in the PIP National Sales Program, as well as franchise owners. The three-day event encompasses general sessions featuring both industry and motivational speakers, breakout sessions with specific tracks and an awards luncheon. This year’s speakers were Dave Fellman, printing industry sales trainer, coach and author, and Krish Dhanam, speaker, trainer and consultant for Ziglar, Inc.
